Scope of certification

The Information Security Management System of Scanda IT applies to the SCANDA IT Service Desk - First-Level IT Support, responsible for receiving, registering, classifying, initially handling, following up on, and escalating, as appropriate, incidents and requests reported by users related to technological services, in accordance with the SCANDA-ADMSGSI-02 Declaration of Applicability (SoA), version 3.0, 19/05/2026.
